House Management Group has been involved in the rental industry for over 25 years. We work with the largest rental agencies on the market. We don’t want to be the leader in the business, but we want to be a family business with focus on exclusivity by giving full attention to our customers and property owners. Contrary to the companies who focus on volume, we decided to work with a smaller portfolio of properties and give 100% more attention to our partners and Guests.
 
What makes us have a competitive advantage over other property management companies is that we have a lot of the key stakeholders in house. We have our own team of experts within all fields (finance, IT, legal, construction, sales, customer service, cleaners, hosts, security and operations manager). You name it we have it!

We have a 24/7 business model, meaning that a member of the team is always reachable to support our partners and guests.

The team is diverse and consists of members whom have extensive experience within the property management industry. Due to the changing nature of the business, our team members are constantly learning and attending seminars or workshops to make sure we are always knowledgeable to be able to support our clients. Thanks to great teamwork, we have successfully developed a vibrant work atmosphere with outstanding collaboration.
